Sparkling Gel Liner
- 1.
- Use a wide brush and apply Highlight Color across the entire lid, including the underbrow, to brighten the look of the eye area. (It can also be used under the eye area or on the forehead)
- 2.
- Use the wide-tip applicator and apply Medium Color from the outer end of the eyebrow up to the eyelid crease and blend.
- 3.
- Use the fine-tip applicator and draw a line with Shadow Color along the edge of the lashes. Also apply halfway across the outer end of lower lid in the same way.
- 4.
- Use the liner brush and apply Sparkling Gel Liner along the lower lash line, from the inner corner towards the outer corner. (Apply over Shadow Color ).
- 5.
- Use the finger to lightly apply Sparkling Gel Liner on the inner corner and/or eyelid crease to achieve even greater shine and gloss.
